well, for one, this is a map issue, not a mod issue, and its been played so many times that any changes...especially this one. are beyond unlikely.
I also think you overestimate the drama that others perceive on this board. A few complaints are expected, and it isnt the map thats causing it...its the people making them.
Most importantly though, the idea is riddled with problems, and simply wont solve any problems short of making never ending arms race games, which people will then complain about.

When someone deadbeats after going through the launch, it remains whatever they had left up in the missile launch and never resets until someone else kills that 1.
Probably doesn't help that your team-mate unfortunately deadbeated out in round 3.
Plus, I think this map is best suited for games with 2-4 players, due to the small number of regions allocated at the start. It's playable with more players, but overall more coherent with fewer!
