can some explain how players who dont fill the criteria for the big tournie are registered ,18 of each egg are required but one player dont have any shark eggs

It takes 18 of each egg when you register for the tournament :)

It subtracts 18 of each egg when you register.

So you may not have any left afterward.

However, the bunny ears that you are given when you join the tournament count as 90 eggs, so you still get to keep your position on the scoreboard.
