First visit your own wall. You can do that by clicking on your name or by clicking on WALL on the left side menu.

Once there, look down the info list to see the GROUPS tab. Click on the drop down to see all the groups you are part of. Your training field will be listed here.

Now click on FORUM in the top-right corner of the page. Scroll down until you find SOC TRAINING GROUNDS, and click on that. If you notice your training field listed as a subforum, you can save a click by going straight there. Once in the Training Grounds, you will see your Training Field at the top. Go on in.

Inside the training field, you can post your games for training, and any specific questions that you don't want the whole academy to see. If you have general questions about the academy, it's better to ask in the Training Grounds, so more folks can respond.
