now when we have 12 players games would be map created (ideal) for 12 players as was before for 8?

I have one more question: is possible to do that any bonus which player get he can deploy only in some regions, but not in another regions?

This is now going to be done on a case by case basis. But if a map has 48 starting regions, it will be a 12 player map. Less than that and it will get limited. But this can change though.

No, deployable troops can go anywhere a player has territory.
