yes i agree, and i have the feeling if i somewhat changed the graphics of it, and called the names something very similar, but not the same, ppl wouldn't be interested to play, so should i stop with the idea

It's not a Simpsons map...it's a Springfield map. You could just change the names. Hapu's Quick-Mart, Jo' Bar, etc. Although that would take some of the fun out of it.
