I don't really recognize it, but based on the subject matter my first guess is going to be Inca and my second guess is going to be Inca 2.

I'm surprised nobody recognizes.
I used to play this game way back in the good old Commodore 64 era. It had a nice soundtrack. Here's some screenshots of the game how it looked then:
